Explanation of Break Costs

We have discovered 3 versions of "Explanation Break Cost" and for ease of reference have called them Version 1, Version 2 and Version 3.

These were received by our members as follows :-

Nothing 60

Version 3 10

Version 2 10

Version 1 7

Unknown 13

Version 1 was the original version because one of these was issued in 2005, well before the examples of Version 2.

Version 2 was a copy of Version 1 but amended as follows :-

i) The detailed example was removed

ii) A detailed paragraph was removed

iii) The word "Economic Cost" was changed to "Break Cost" throughout
