"Promontoria Holding 170 BV acquired assets from Clydesdale Bank plc and National Australia Bank Ltd on 31 May 2016. The assets were transferred to the Company by deed of novation on 5 July 2016. Two further tranches of assets were transferred on 28 October 2016 and 9 December 2016. The assets comprise of performing loans secured on property and development land in Great Britain. Promontoria Holding 169 BV was appointed asset manager."
